Meta launches Enterprise Platform around Muse, Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code
Meta has launched Meta Enterprise Platform, a new business focused on bringing Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, Muse Code and the company's broader AI stack to enterprises and developers.
KX3 News — U.S. / Global Edition
Meta announced Meta Enterprise Platform on September 28, 2026, creating a new enterprise business around the company’s AI models, agents, infrastructure and developer tools.
Muse and Meta’s broader AI stack move into enterprise
Meta says the initial platform will bring technologies including the Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code to businesses and developers. The goal is to let companies deploy Meta’s AI stack inside their own operations rather than use only consumer-facing products.
A new business pillar for Meta
Meta describes Enterprise Platform as a major new pillar of its business. Chirantan “CJ” Desai, previously CEO and President of MongoDB and a former executive at Cloudflare and ServiceNow, is joining Meta as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer.
Pricing and general availability are still unclear
Meta has not yet announced a single pricing model, broad U.S. availability date or complete packaging for the Enterprise Platform. The September 28 announcement establishes the organization and product direction, with more detailed commercial rollout information still to come.
KX3 perspective
The enterprise AI market is increasingly about more than model access. Platforms now need secure agents, APIs, coding tools, data connections and infrastructure that can be governed as one system. That creates an opportunity for smaller AI stacks to differentiate through simpler deployment and tighter control rather than trying to match the largest models directly.
